2 cups cooked brown rice

1 egg white

Mix together and press into a greased ovenproof dish

Bake for 10 min on 180˚C


3 eggs

½ cup grated cheese

½ cup onion (fried)

1/2 cup raw spinach (puree for fussy eaters)

½ cup other veg cooked (for eg. carrot, parsnip, butternut)

1 cup veg stock (2tsp veg stock in cup of water)

¼ tsp salt & pepper, 1 tbsp coconut oil

Mix all the ingredients / blend. Pour filling contents onto the crust. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake for a further 40-45min on 200˚C
