2 ½ cups dates (soaked in hot water)
7 small apples puree / juice 250ml
60ml raw honey
2 tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp vanilla
2 tsp salt
Seeds, nuts and fruits
1 ½ cups sunflower seeds
2 ½ cups almonds or pecan nuts (grind)
2 cups cashews (grind)
1 cup pumpkin seeds (grind)
1 cup coconut flakes
2 cups rolled oats
Put all binding ingredients plus ¼ cup of the sunflower seeds in a high power blender.
Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix in the binding ingredients.
Spread onto a dehydrator oven sheet (45˚C overnight) or an oven baking tray and bake on a 70˚C (17hrs or until dry.
