2 cup raw cashews / macadamian nuts
1 ½ cup of water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp salt or 7 tsp cheese powder
1 tbsp tamari
2 bunches of kale
Soak nuts in water for 30min. Mix all in the vitamix.
Dehydrate at 41˚C overnight until crispy (10-12hrs) or bake in the oven at 170˚C for 20min or until crispy.
