140g diced cooked chicken

½ small onion peeled and cooked / fried

3 medium potatoes boiled (with skin)

1 cup chicken, beef or veg broth / stock

1 1/2 cups milk or coconut milk

1/8 tsp dried rosemary

1 tbsp spinach

  • Add broth, milk, onion, 2 potatoes, rosemary. Blend for 4-5 minutes or until heavy steam escapes on 10.
  • Reduce variable 10 to 3 and remove lid plug.
  • Add spinach and reserved potato through lid plug for 15 secs or until potato is chopped
  • Drop in chicken and blend for 5 secs
