Chick Pea Flour Pizza

I like to add some raw pureed spinach to this so that we have a healthy veggie filled green base. Deceptively delicious!

2 cups chick pea flour

2 cups water

2 tsp Sea Salt

coconut (olive oil)

pepper

pecorino cheese (optional)

  • Oven on 200˚C
  • Mix the flour. Slowly add the water with a wooden spoon. Add salt. The mixture should be smooth.
  • Place in the fridge and leave for at least an hour.
  • Use a round oven safe pan preferably. Pour or spread coconut oil in first then the mixture. Sprinkle pecorino cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-30min.
  • Eat as is or add toppings for eg. tomato paste, cheese, salami, chicken etc. and bake for a further 12 min.
