2 cups cashews (soak for 1 hour)

¾ cup coconut oil

3 tbsp honey / 2 tbsp honey & 10 soaked dates

1 tsp vanilla essence

Mix the above in a high power blender. Add:

4-5 frozen bananas

½-1 cup coconut milk

2 cups mango / peach / strawberry

(Add pecan nut pieces / cocoa / coffee)

Put into a container and into the freezer for 2-4 hours before eating

 

For a healthy choc sauce: melt coconut oil, maple syrup or honey and cocoa (or cacao)
